I had an offer Cost and freight in March for several solar water heaters. I made the transfer as requested by BRUCE FEI ($ 2000). He just kept the money to himself and never sent any goods. He must be blacklisted by EXPORTHUB, EWOLRDTRADE, EXPORTGENIUS, ALIBABA.. etc..
BRUCE FEI is a pure scammer. Never buy anything to SHANGHAI SPREADSUN.
