My name is Maria Elena Lopez and I am the owner of the apartment. It’s very bright, in a quiet neighborhood and with excellent neighbors.
My husband and I bought the apartment as an investment in 2019. The apartment can be rented for a minimum of 2 months to a maximum of 20 years, but I prefer to rent it long term.

The costs (parking space, community fees, water, gas, electricity, wifi internet) are all included in the price of 600 euros / month. I also require a security deposit of 1’000 euros, which will be refunded at the end of the contract.
A guarantor is not mandatory for the rental.
The apartment will be carefully disinfected by a professional cleaning company before being rented.
Before we go any further I would like to know a little about you, how many people would be living in the apartment, when you would like to move in and for what period. We have always rented our properties through Booking.com, since it’s the best company in the market.

As I said in my previous e-mail, we will use an authorized third party to intermediate our transaction – Booking.com
Here is how the process works for long-term rentals:
– I initiate the transaction with booking.com and send you the link for the reservation
– You send the payment to booking.com (1 month rent + the security deposit = EUR 1’600)
– After booking.com receives your payment, Booking will organize a visit with you and one of their representative, to make the inspection of the apartment and decide if you want to rent it.
– If you decide to rent it, the representative from Booking will provide you the keys, and all the necessary documents, including the rental agreement, which is already signed by me. We can make the rental agreement for any period you want, or for an unlimited period. Then you will have to authorize booking.com to release the funds to me (I can’t have access to the money without your authorization)
– If you decide that you don’t want to rent the apartment (for any reason whatsoever), Booking.com will refund you the money in full, because the cancellation policy is fully flexible and free. (I am more than certain that you will fall in love with the apartment, anyway 🙂 ).
Please note that the transaction with Booking will be a one time transaction only. If you decide to rent the apartment after inspection, the rest of the monthly installments will be sent directly to me. We will discuss all these details after inspection.
If you agree with my terms and conditions, I will need the following information from you, so that I can activate the ad on Booking, and provide you the link for the reservation:
1. Your desired move-in date, along with the period of stay
2. Name and number of the persons that want to stay in the apartment
3. Mobile phone number
4. A copy of your ID/Passport
